"Critters" is Ben Haller's DeskCritters, a package containing two
INITs: Eyeballs, which puts a pair of eyes in the menu bar (they
follow the mouse around); and Big Foot, which marches little feet
around your Desktop.

I know it's available on America Online, and I believe it's also
available from Sumex.
