Is it possible to make backups of HD data in case my external HD crashes?
What would be the best and most cost efficient method of doing this?

Also, could someone recommend a decent virus checking/protection program
I could install on the HD?

I also have an external disk drive, but haven't had any luck formatting
two disks at the same time.  Any suggestions?
