Hey gang,
    I had heard that we can create our own palettes in 2.0, but as yet I
haven't figured it out.. the book I have doesn't say.  I know we have to
create our own resource PICT, but evidently we also have to create a
PLTE resource (since the Navigator resource has one)... what's the ice?
