Those resources could be merge to a application build with Think C. According to Inside Mac the resource manager will load the resource but I don't know how to tell the application to run the code in the resource and also how I could pass parameters. Maybe this is impossible or simply a silly thing to. Don't be afraid to tell me that I am stupid to do that but I was only thinking that it could be fun to build program with building blocs like resources.
