	Unfortunately, at least as of System 7.0b1 there is no longer a LAYO
resource.  You can only set 'staggered' or not in the 'Views' control panel,
but you have no control over the 'staggering'.  I assume that there is a
new piece of info that controls this information, and I HOPE that there will
be some way to change the staggering (since the current style is icky), but
I have yet to find a way (I also haven't spent much time ;-)
