A discussion has started about coporate use of the Internet to support customers. Well first off, this is not the Internet. Net News is not owned by the Internet, but simply used to trasmit it in some instances. Also, HP has gotten the initial green light to start supporting customers via the Internet. As for Usenet, I dont believe there any rules. Someone should correct me if Im wrong. In addition, some technical people at NCR do read this group. Bobby
