My particular situation has my dorm room equipped with one school supplied 386 using 10BaseT to talk to a unix server. If I wanted to install a slab in the room, would it be possible to just daisy chain the slab to the 386, like I could if I were using thin-net? I have heard that 10BaseT uses a hub topology. Anyone know for sure? -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I'm not sure what I mean, so I'm going to listen to what I say." whelan@ (uhunix.uhcc.hawaii.edu || uhunix.BITNET || nextsrv.wslab.hawaii.edu)
