I've never used it, but what about Lotus Notes? It sounds like it can do
exactly what you want. In fact, it sounds an awful lot like a slicker news
with more advnaced data typing, on a slightly smaller scale. (It doesn't
seem like it could cope with 15MB new news per day- though I don't know
for sure.)
