In the programmers guide in the section real-time programming is a 
list of latency times.

Not included in the list is the time to swap a page. 
Ie. what is the time to service a page fault?
I am inerested in the times for the 4D/25S.

Are there any numbers for the 4D/35? In particular
- time to service a page fault
- dispatch latency
- context switch time
- clock interrupt
