I administer some 4/110's with monochrome monitors.  Ever since I
installed OS 4.1, and now with 4.1.1, I have a problem with the pixels in
the upper left corner of the screen going blank (black dots).  They can be
fixed with a refresh, but a few minutes later they come back ...  I've
talked with the service rep -- so far there is no explaination to the
problem.  He told me to try to remake the screen device.  Anyone else out
there see this and/or know about how to fix it?
