I can't help with the specs except one major: they are VERY low power
RAMs.  They always have power to them and must be as low power as
possible.  I haven't seen any 3rd party offerings yet, but I'm sure it
won't be long before somebody comes along.

The 32k chip fits the socket exactly, I've heard of no other size,
however, as with the 100's if we keep selling a lot of WP-2's someone
will find a way to really boost memory capacity.

You cannot order them yourself, they must be ordered by a store from
National Parts.  It takes about a week or two to receive it after
ordering.  Most stores will require payment in advance or at least a
deposit.
