Actually, the last version of Informix on SCO XENIX 286 was 3.30.14...
if SCO doesn't have it, we certainly do.  Full part # is 03021-024024-1.

Not that anybody uses Informix 3.3 or SCO XENIX 286 anymore...    [-:
