Well, in the quest to avoid the hassles of mail order I discovered a local
dealer who carries the drive mentioned above. I have not, however, seen
such a drive in the ads any place. Does anyone have any experience/info on
this beast. It is similar in size and speed and cost to the Conner, could
it be the same drive with a different name? I will be running it with a
1542B and ISC 2.2 if that matters. Any feedback appreciated, I need to 
commit to buying it by Tuesday!
