I have a quick-n-easy ESIX GnuEmacs question: what is the correct ordering
of the ESIX libraries to build under rev. D?  I built Emacs (18.55) under
rev. B and the executable still works, but I want to rebuild with subshells,
and many of the libraries have changed, and I can get an executable, but it
dumps while dumping, so to speak...
