Sorry if this is a repeat message, but I think I sent the first one 
incorrectly.

I must have missed a message in an earlier chain, but how do I use the
icons found in a DLL file (eg icons.dll).  I tried to do it from Program
Manager, but all I get is something like "No icons in this file."  Is the
file I have corrupt or is my method wrong?
