Hi all,

I uploaded a program to cica.cica.indiana.edu that manages icons.  You 
can extract icons from exe's and dll's or put them in such files.  It 
is a non-windows application.  On some machines it does not work and 
sometimes you have to load and save the extracted files with icondraw.
I did not write it, but found it in comp.binaries.ibm.pc, and took the 
liberty to rezip it to a .zip file. It is now in the 
pub/pc/win3/uploads directory, but I guess it will be moved to the 
pub/pc/win3/util directory (for all you mail servers out there). It is 
called iconview.zip.
