That is dependent upon the Window Manager. The olwm that comes with OpenWindows doesn't provide a way to do this. Another Open Look window manager might though. Your best possibility is Solbourne's swm, but I'm not sure. I say that, because Tom LaStrange (of twm fame) wrote it.
