I'm looking for an RTE style benchmarking tool for X Window applications --

I want to use it to measure the performance of a computer system (SUN 4/390) by
emulating the real-life workload on client and server -- using various X-Window
terminal platforms (i.e. Sun SPARC IPC, NCD's NCD17c X terminal, Sun 6520).

Found one called XMaster by A&T Systems, but it couldn't handle the initial
download of this particular application.  Looking for another package ---
