However, in Motif 1.0, the code dealing with decorations bits and menu bits was badly broken both in Vendor.c (vendor shell) and in Mwm. Plus, it nowhere said what the lowest bit (..ALL..) means... So, unless you REALLY desperately need to make it work under 1.0, I'd suggest to wait till you can use 1.1 (which seems to be fixed).
