When John Covici sent me the first three parts of the English
Braille translation of the ADA bill, I thought that that was
the entire bill and consequently marked the subject lines as
"1 of 3", etc.  The following day the remaining 5 parts arrived
via e-mail, so these first three articles should really be
marked as "1 of 8".  I will be sending cancel notices out and
will post all 8 parts today.

Sorry for the confusion.
