...why you opted not to do ahead withdriver evaluation. It's true that 
the motor vehicle administration is automatically advised, but don't you 
require their blessing before driving again? In my case, I did have the 
evaluation in occupational therapy, the state MVa was advises, they did 
have me come before a medical review board, they have asked me back for a 
reaction-time test, and hopefully that's the last obstacle. Are you 
driving now? Hope you don't find this question overly intrusive.
