I know that "flourless cake" sounds like a contradiction in terms, but
this is just about the most sinful chocolate-based concoction you can
have. It looks like a cross between chocolate mousse cake and chocolate
cheese cake, only it's thicker than the mousse and has no cream cheese.
Usually served sprinkled with cocoa powder. Does anyone have a recipe
for it?
