I once (not too recently) ate at a Hunan restaurant around here and
they served a very good appetizer called simply Ginger Noodles.  This
was a LoMein sort of dish with a rather spicy ginger sauce.

If anyone has or could find a recipe for something like this I would be
extremely grateful.
