For those of you who have obtained the Sequence Logos programs,
David Landsman discovered a bug in transporting makelogo.  I was not
consistent on capitilizing the word "protectPostScript": sometimes
I used "protectpostscript".  On my machine, it doesn't matter, but on his the
two names are not considered the same and the program will not compile.

Solution: convert all cases of the word "protectPostScript" to
"protectpostscript".  This correction is now available by ftp.
