Message-ID: <719@nih-csl.nih.gov> Date: 7 Dec 90 19:38:02 GMT Sender: news@nih-csl.nih.gov Organization: Nat'l Inst's of Health Lines: 13 I'd like to know what is available, or anybodys experience with a frame grabber or other video device which has the following characteristics: 1) Captures analog video from a VCR - so it must have a PLL or other electronics to correct the poor sync from tape machine. 2) Has a high bandwidth and SNR so that the already degraded picture from a VCR isn't degraded any more by the capture electronics. 3) Can capture multiple consecutive frames.
