I'd like to know what is available, or anybodys experience with a frame 
grabber or other video device which has the following characteristics:
1) Captures analog video from a VCR - so it must have a PLL or other 
electronics to correct the poor sync from tape machine.
2) Has a high bandwidth and SNR so that the already degraded picture from 
a VCR isn't degraded any more by the capture electronics.
3) Can capture multiple consecutive frames. It would be nice if it could 
store a second or two's worth of video.
