The head of the federal AIDS task force in Canada said in a recent
television show:

        "We cannot prove the transmission link between oral sex
        and HIV. But because we cannot prove it does not mean
        it is not possible. My best advice is protection."

As far as I can tell from the pubvlished cumulative bibliographies,
there is no "replicable" evidence of HIV transmission orally, only
"anecdotal".

So caution seems a reasonable approach.
