I am developing new graphic representations for amino acid sequences.
Now I'd like to test the method for a series of amino acid sequences
which are related in some way.  One series that comes to mind is the
amino acid sequence from various cytochrome c molecules for different
animal species.  Rather than type these in from books, would any of you
have an interesting series like this already on-line?  Thanks, Cliff
