Hi,

I'm looking for a method for rapid isolation of total RNA from E. coli.
The method should produce RNA of a quality suitable for Northerns and slot
blots and needs to be applicable to large (20-40) numbers of samples.
Rapid = have it the same day.  Anybody have any suggestions/references?
