I have been informed that LOTUS is no longer accepting cancelations
over the telephone.  Your *must* write a letter in order to have
your information removed.  Send your letter to the following address:

I have also been informed that the information is *not* deleted
from the LOTUS master database - just not placed on the CDROMs.
I would really be concerned about this DB if I were you...
