Hello-

Are there any nice third party or GNU compiler sets for the various DSP
chips?  Over and over I hear complaints about the utilities provided
by the manufacturers.  What are you all using?  Please respond to me,
I will summarize to the net.  (Yes, my DSP board summary is coming.)
