About a month ago there was a mention of a COBOL mode for gnu-emacs at 
zapwhod.mps.ohio-stat.edu (I think)  

This site isn't in our host table, so could someone tell me what the IP 
address for zapwhod is?  Or could someone give me an alternate site that
I could ftp (complete internet address with IP address also included) the
COBOL mode.  

Since, I'm on the VAX/VMS system I need to the lisp file from site that 
doesn't have the file tarred and compressed.
