We have just set up a system for doing single frame animation recording onto
video tape.  We are using a Lyon-Lamb Minivas animation controller.  The
problem is that this system is in a lab with a number of other workstations and
the Minivas beeps everytime it records a frame.  I have read the manual on the
Minivas and if it says how to stop the beeping then I have missed it.

Has anyone run into this problem and arrived at a better solution than cutting
one of the leads to the speaker?
