Is there a place (newsgroup I haven't seen? -- no likely, archive ftp
site, or otherwise).  Where one can submit C++ classes?  YES, I actually
and offering something instead of asking for it.  But I'd also from time
to time like to have a place to go look for stuff to :).  If this does not
exists.  How could we (one/I/You/He/She) start one?
