We have had report the FORST.ARC does not work properly.  If you have already
downloaded it, we appologize for any cost or inconvenience it may have caused.
We will try to rectify the problem, but for now I am removing it from the
library list.  If anyone can help in determining what is wrong, we would
greatly appreciate it.
