Lines: 21 I have only just heard about this newsgroup from an article in another newsgroup which also mentioned that you had a big discussion on what computer was best for music purposes. Could someone please summarise the conclusions (if there were any) amd e-mail me, because I am very interested in this field. I had been informed that the Atari-ST is a good machine, how true is this? It would seem like one of the cheapest ways, and being a student this is quite important. I have thought about the ST before since I use them everyday, so does anybody know of any decent packages for it. Thanks in advance Andrew P.S. Please e-mail me, 'cos I think everyone is fed up with this question -- Andrew J. W. Macnair, Physics Laboratory, University of Kent at Canterbury, Kent, UK.
