Everything seems OK except when I goto copy a file, it takes abnormally long and the original sun that is serving this volume gets the following message: RPC: Can't encode arguments. I did create the /etc/services file with at-rtmp, nbp, echo and zis and did a make services under /var/yp. The problem does not appear when I mount this from the original server. I this something that just isn't supported??? (2) What are the performance hits on mounting large file systems on the Mac (like /usr/local). (3) Is there better performance using ethertalk compared to iptalk?? I have read the README.RUTGERS.FIRST but it was clear to me. Please mail responses to me, and I will summarize if there is interest. Thanks! Steve Darragh ( Ideas expressed (if any) are my own) Mitre Corp.
