I am interested in finding out any body out there is using the (high end)
Mac. as a AFP server. I would like to know what are the software and
hardware configurations for such servers.  The following are some of
the problems I face :
 
1. AFP server on the Mac provide very  few server management tools. e.g. I
would like to be able to manage a server (e.g. adding/deleting account, reboot)
or I would like to perform a mass generation of user account from a text file
containing all the users' detail.
 
2. How to keep track of number of printing pages of each user for the print
spooler ?
 
3. Any body has try  using AUF and run any kind of AFP Server process ? what
sw & hw config. and the perfromance and management feature can one get with
it ?
 
I will be apprecaite if anyon can give me any comment and suggestion to any
of my question above. Thanks in advance.
