The system is one of those types where the user phones in and the computer prompts them for information and the user inputs the information from the touch-tone dial. We are currently considering what hardware vendor to go with. One company is Inter-Voice out of Richardson, TX. The other is Syntellect out of Phenix AZ. If any one has any information or comments on either of these (or any other) companies, would you please contact me?
