Can anybody mail me the phone number of the institution in the UK that provides
CCITT/ISO standards and session minutes on a phone-call and credit card 
basis.  (The equivalent of Omnicom in US and continental Europe. )
I got a mailsot about it a couple of months ago, but lost it.  I think the
company is in someway endorsed by the IEE.
