I am looking for information/algorithms for implementing the MPEG compression
scheme for audio information.  I'm new to this newsgroup and I'm unaware of
any obvious places to look for such information.  AnotherUSENETer in 
comp.sys.graphics is looking for the JPEG information, and I will forward it
to him if someone has it. (I assume if I find one, I'll find the other.)
