In reviewing the CCITT ORName and ORAddress business card
representation document, CCITT seems not addressing two issues:

	* teletex attributes (eg, Teletex String Organization vs
							  Printable String Org)
	* Directory Name representation

Were these discussed at CCITT/ISO meetings at all and some
position taken? There's no statement at all about these
on the CCITT report.
