Our recent and continuing deluge of mail messages and there follow-up message makes me
wonder:  Is there a significant difference between someone who releases a program on the
net that ties other machines up and someone who accidently mails a message on the net that
ties other machines up?  The solution is the same, I must remove my gateway from the net, or
live with the wasted cycles and hope disk space holds out.
