I recently pulled down rcs and cvs; some of the documentation asks to 
be formatted by:

cat doc | pic | tbl | troff .... 

I don't have anything that I can find called pic on either our sun systems or
the variety of system V machines that we have.  The documents print fine
without using pic, except where there should be little drawings there are
strings of ascii gibberish that I believe would be handled by pic.

So, the question is:

How can I get pic for my system?  

If anyone knows, please send me mail.
