It may seem that the chain only comes down half way, but you really _can_ get
on the chain.  It just takes a few attemps.  Basically, you jump and then try
to grab the chain at the highest point of your jump.  I'm not exactly sure
how I did it, but I have been able to get on the chain.  Its a combination of
jumping straight up, and then pushing diagonally up and left to grab the
chain.

Now my question... Anyone have some hints for level 4-1?  How do I get around
those giant yellow thingies?
