I have some questions about Amax II+ and I would like to know the answers
before I decide to buy it.

AMAX II+ (the internal card for A2000, not the external box) :
    - is it already out, and what is the price(inclusive Mac roms)?

Harddisks :
    - Could I connect a harddisk which was formatted and written on a
      Mac to my A2000 and still use the Mac data?
    - Can I dedicate a whole harddisk to the Mac?
    - Do I need some Amiga harddisk partition to get the whole thing started
      or is it enough to have only Mac harddisks and partitions?
    - Did anyone have any problems with the GVP series 2 controllers?

There are probably a lot of people who know the answers, so please mail the
answers to me to avoid net clutter.
