We are NOT talking zorro.  The Trumpcard 500 adapter already has circuitry
to generate the 7Mhz clock and autoconfig signals needed to convert the
a500/1000 bus to Zorro.

What logic???? Know what you're talking about before you go spouting off.
The a1000 bus port is on the other side of the machine, and about an inch
higher than on a 500, but it is NOT upside-down.  In other respects, 
the a500 and a1000 ports are equivalent.  Put the trump500 on a book and
face it backwards, and it'll work just fine, as it did on my 1000.
