Hmmmmmmm...... There used to be something from Apple on one of their old contributed software volumes diskettes called microlisp. It was a tiny LISP interpreter written in Applesoft basic. It worked but was _slow_ and had a _very_ limited amount of memory. XLISP is a much more powerful LISP interpreter written in C. It used to run under CP/M but I don't know if newer versions do. It has its own news group (comp.lang.lisp.x I think) where you can probably find out more info. I see no reason it couldn't be compiled for a //gs using ORCA C.
