Could someone please help me identify what these items are
and it would be GREAT to also know a little bit about how to 
use them.

If you have one of these, PLEASE e-mail me and tell me just a
bit about it.  I have all of these by way of a trade and no
docs and nothing else.  I have an Apple IIe.  Can I use
these cards?

   extra slots I would think for memory U1-U8 , U1,U2 are filled

4) Micro buffer M11+ by Practical Periferals  serail/parallel pins
