Long) Organization: RADC Lines: 18 I now have gotten the full gcc 1.37.1 cross-compiler running on our Sparc at work, with only one exception... I can compile with the -gg option fine, but sym-ld always core dumps when I try to creat a .sym file! The cross-compiler seems to work great, I was able to compile gdb.ttp without a hitch, I just can't run sym-ld on the Sparc!!! I also patched the gemlib src to include the vdi escape sequences that it has been missing. I guess I will need to get around to sending the diffs into the archive in the next few weeks. This gives you v_curhome, v_curdown etc... which wasn't in the original gemlib stuff. If someone has a version of sym-ld running on a Sun-4, please E-mail me!! -- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Capt Jeff Long Rome Air Development Center longj@lonex.radc.af.mil Network Design Laboratory jlong@cassiopeia.radc.af.mil (315)330-7751 or (DSN)587-7751
