Subject: Need help w/ ARC128 & CS-DOS

I cant seem to get ARC128 to work for me.  I assume that it has to be
loaded while CS-DOS is in memory, because thats the only time it will
even seem to run correctly.  After that, none of the commands seem to
work.  All I get are SYNTAX ERRORS.  I cant even get arc/? to work.
Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong?  I may have forgotten
something, but the directions are pretty sketchy, and this is the first
time that I have really experimented with any form of ARC.
